Engineer - Production

Overview

• Oversee the overall production process, from the initial planning stage up to the completion.
• Verify & submit daily production report.
• Coordinate with designers & planners regarding design issues & production target.
• Control concrete’s wastage & consumables' usage to prevent wastage.
• Set daily production target and control overtime cost.
• Execute proper SOP to achieve good productivity & quality.
• Execute production checks to enhance quality control.
• Machinery & materials arrangement for smooth production flow.
• Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, punctuality, and working attitude.
• Coordinate with RCM for mould preparation.
• Coordinate with the SY team to ensure FG clearance in the production area.
