Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Able to work on (NPD) new product design and development 
  • Develop innovative mechanical solutions considering functionality, manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
  • Ensure designs meet functional, manufacturability, and cost requirements.
  • Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly)
  • Perform design verification through analytical calculations and simulations (FEA, CFD) and physical testing.
  • Create detailed D CAD models, subassemblies and detailed D drawings of mechanical components and assemblies for Instruments product and mounting solution using tools like SolidWorks
  • Generate accurate D drawings with GD&T, tolerances, and material specifications for manufacturing and quality control.
  • Maintain drawing revisions and ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with project milestones.
