工作职责Responsibility:

1按订单需求准备制作工艺路线，制程要求、测试模板等。

Prepare process routes, process requirements, test templates, etc. according to order requirements.

2主导量产产品生产过程中的已知失效模式的分析、改善，及时解决生产异常。

Lead the analysis and improvement of known failure modes in the production process, and solve production abnormalities in time.

3熟悉工艺要求和关键控制点，对工艺关键控制点日常执行的审查确认，及时发现并纠正异常。

Familiar with process requirements and critical control points, review and confirm the daily implementation of critical process, and find and correct abnormalities in time.

4利用SPC监控合格率变化、失效模式变化，及时介入异常改善分析

Use SPC to monitor the abnormal of pass rate and failure mode, and timely intervene in abnormal improvement analysis

5针对Top3失效模式，指定改善计划，持续改善。

Aiming at the Top3 failure modes, specify an improvement plan for continuous improvement.

6对关键失效/致命失效不良品失效分析，确认Root Cause，制定定改善措施
