Engineer, Process Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop, optimize, and sustain end‑to‑end assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production.
• Lead SSD end-to-end assembly quality and yield , including DOE execution and root‑cause analysis, to drive yield, quality, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI—to support new product introduction and high‑volume manufacturing readiness.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel and engineering teams to strengthen operational capability.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce variation.
