Engineer - Planning role at AECOM in Dubai. AECOM is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for major roads, infrastructure and bridges projects located in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for small to medium-sized projects
  • Analyze project financial data and identify potential impacts on project outcomes
  • Assist in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications
  • Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency
  • Collect and analyze progress data, reviewing performance trends to support decision-making
  • Apply earned value, scope control, and change management methodologies
  • Analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limitations
