Engineer - Planning

Responsibilities

• Maintain various project schedules using Primavera P6 Project Management Software including those for subprojects studies and bids.
• Review and analyse Contractors base schedule and recommend changes to the program to reduce any milestone difficulties minimise critical paths and identify interface conflicts.
• Review and analyse contractors WBS and ensure conformity with the Baseline cost and estimating structure. Develop/establish weighting (EWF) progress KPIs manpower and equipment deployment.
• Review analyse monitor and report progress of Contractors regularly updated progress schedules and forecasts resource histograms progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons.
• Ensure incorporation of scope changes and monitor trends to reflect the current project scope.
