Engineer – Parts & Service, Surface & Under Ground Drills, Territory Middle East
We are seeking an Engineer – Parts & Service to join our Middle East team, part of SMR Sales Area Southern Europe and Middle East.
This position will be based in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will
- Drive parts sales and support dealers/customers in service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Sandvik Surface and Underground Drills .
- Deliver training to dealer and customer service teams.
- Provide technical support for commissioning, warranty handling, and advanced repairs.
- Travel extensively across Middle Eastern countries and be flexible with working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop routine work procedures in line with safety standards.
- Install, repair, inspect, and commission products and equipment at customer site or own premises independently.
