Engineer, Package Development (CAD)

Associate Development Engineer – Entry level professional who supports the validation and characterization of new semiconductor products. The role works under direct supervision to execute test plans, collect data, and perform basic analysis, providing a strong foundation in product and test engineering core activities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and develop processes, optimizing parameters through experimental design and robust engineering for new packages and continuous improvement.
• Conceive, source, and test alternative methods/processes to improve manufacturability, yield, and quality, including leading FMEA creation for new assembly processes.
• Design and qualify jigs, fixtures, and tools; generate specifications and qualification procedures; conduct equipment qualification and monitoring, and recommend machine modifications.
