Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail (RMS) professional to support and drive end-to-end merchandising transformations, working closely with business and technical teams in a retail enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Oracle RMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client merchandising initiatives
- Configure, customize, and enhance Oracle RMS modules to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and external vendors on integrations and batch processing
- Analyze and troubleshoot RMS batch processes, job failures, and data inconsistencies
- Ensure accurate data synchronization across RMS, RPM, ReIM, SIM, Xstore, and eCommerce platforms
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , deployments, and post-go-live hypercare activities
