Job Summary

Responsibility:

Monitor and Maintain the global infrastructure to analyze the problems, implement the troubleshooting, incident reaction on the system and communicate with stakeholder for a better resolution to meet the business goals or objectives.

Area of expertise (Skills)

Primary Functions:

  • Understand the NOC tools functionalities to understand and acknowledge alerts.
  • Incident response and resolution on ITSM tools quality of service reporting
  • Performance reporting and improvement recommendations over day to day incidents alerts
  • Service Provider portal management and follow-up for root cause analysis
  • Supervise a 24x7 Network Operation Center’s (NOC) shift operation and personnel; 
  • Update and maintain documentation associated with processes and procedures.
