Engineer, Materials, Back-End Technology

You will be the Engineer, Materials in Back-End Technology where you will play a key role in developing, characterizing, and qualifying next-generation materials that will enable advanced RF packaging and high-power device performance.

• Leverage expertise in materials innovation, failure analysis, and technical risk mitigation to drive continuous package improvements and support the development of future heterogeneous integration platforms
• Support materials selection and evaluation of new materials for BET projects
• Collaborate closely with NPI and Operations teams to ensure robust, data-driven pre-development and development assessments
• Translate development insights into manufacturing readiness with seamless implementation
