Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer

1. Worked with R&D engineers and completed optical transceiver product introduction to the production line.
2. Responsible for building production line workstations and test stations.
3. Responsible for analyzing defects in the manufacturing process, formulating improvement plans, and improving product yield.
4. Responsible for the management of production equipment, daily maintenance, and calibration.
5. Responsible for the configuration of the MES system and the management of the production process flow.
6. Responsible for setting up the product repair process and making the repair standard process.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
8. Proficiency in communication protocols such as IEEE 802.3 and SFF is preferred.
9. Proficiency in using software such as EXCEL, WORD, Protel, and CAD.
