Work closed with design Center to support on process development for new project flawless launch in plant and continuously improve process engineering capability.Develop and implement new processes/technology or major changes to existing processes.Create and maintain documentation associated with assigned processes.Troubleshoot and solve processing issues in regards to ongoing production as well as with new product introductions.Continuously stabilize and improve existing production processes and develop new processes to improve the productivity/quality/process capability.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for new project flawless launch into DG plant
  • Lead to conduct new product trial run per trial run plan and coordinatecross function team to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action
  • Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update with function team.
