Overview

You will optimize existing processes, implement new ones, and ensure production goals are consistently met. This includes monitoring equipment performance, resolving issues that impact product quality or yield, and applying engineering principles to develop innovative solutions. You will also leverage project management methodologies and Kaizen philosophies to lead process and system improvements.
