**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**
+ Responsible for performing a wide variety of planning, analysis, and project oriented engineering activities related to ensuring available capacity and risk mitigation within the electrical distribution system in accordance with the Entergy grid modernization strategy.
+ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Prepare and maintain the distribution five year plan and the Joint Transmission and Distribution component of the Transmission plan.
+ Support Transmission Planning and Project Development on high-voltage project optimization.
