Service maintenance (reboots) – In co-ordination with the platform team

Certificate renewal

User queries/responses

Configuration and Integration of various Avaya application systems.

Start / Stop Services

Reports & Meetings

Users adhoc requests (with tickets)

Weekly meetings (BAU / Projects)

Provide Audit evidence / usage statistics upon request

Health Check reports

Testing

Complete VIT as per agreed test plan

Provide support for SIT, UAT and HA testing.
