Job Responsibilities/Work Content

1. Resolve personnel-related issues in the production area to ensure smooth mass production
2. Promptly report defects and defect rates; seek technical support for abnormalities
3. Complete and submit shift records as required; ensure documentation is timely, neat, and accurate; conduct thorough shift handovers
4. Assist engineers in optimizing auxiliary material usage and promoting cost-reduction initiatives
5. Maintain daily 5S in the production area
6. Conduct team-level safety and 5S training for employees
7. Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operating procedures; no unauthorized operations
8. Strictly follow factory rules and regulations; complete other tasks assigned by superiors
9. Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility; promptly correct process violations and guide proper operations
