- Manage daily tasks (change, incident, troubleshooting…).
- Ensure the integrity, security and solid performance of the network infrastructure.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal support teams and give timely reports to the management.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned (e.g; ISE, DNA, Fortinet, Zscaler, WAF ...).
- Provide level 2/3 support (security and network equipment).
- Perform incidents resolution and follow-up, problems identification and analysis, once reached level L3 support.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the overall production environment and write appropriate guidelines where required.
- Support Cargolux general services and network support on specific tasks.
- Take the necessary action required, fixing user problems indicated in the L2 or Service Desk calls. These problems may be hardware related, software related or even user manipulation errors...
