Manage eArchive incidents and service requests, including ticketcategorization, prioritization, investigation, issue resolution, and communication with relevant parties
Handle user management such as security, access control, and permission administration
Perform problem management by conducting preliminary investigations and coordinating with 3rd‑level support and application owners forsolutions or workarounds
Perform quality assurance testing for systems and applications, including bug fixes, patches, enhancements, and change requests
Carry out reporting tasks, create documentation and trainingmaterials, and provide user training and application demonstrations
Ensure high system stability and performance by effectively administering the Saperion and InfoArchive platforms and optimizing integrations with servers, systems, and databases
