Key responsibilities in your new role
Provide 2nd level support on PDWH for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally
Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain
Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse is running in a stable and high-performance level as per SLA
Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations support area (e.g., automation of monitoring and internal controls) and control costs as per the budget
Support in the development and release of change requests
Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide critical support and resolve critical issues outside of standard working ho...
