ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Factory Capex planning based on the loading forecast, Capex budget control and monitoring on capital utilization and efficiency.
• Productivity improvement project: Lead cost‑saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals.
• Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization.
• Maintain IE database and lead IE related system projects.
• Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concepts.
• Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operations.
• Coordinate tool relocation & re‑layout activities.
• Resources planning for DL & IDL based on production volume targets.
