Asst ME Technician - Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Knowledge on breakdown, Preventive & predictive maintenance

  • Maintenance of die’s (Applicators).

  • Analyzing daily breakdown & initiating countermeasures

  • Co-ordination with team for maintenance activities.

  • Knowledge on MTTR & MTBF calculation

  • Localization of imported spare parts

  • Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan

  • Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.

  • Spare part planning & procuring, Maintain optimum spare inventory

  • Tool lifetime study & monitoring

  • Co-ordination with Engg & MFG team for ECN & new project implementation


    • Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience :
    Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical
    Min 3 - 5 Years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry
