Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with team members to review requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including scheduling and completion of platform maintenance, user management, and other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Following prescribed SDLC process to align with compliance commitments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications as needed
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is optimized and up to date.
