Engineer Ii, Reliability And Configuration Control

STS Technical Services is seeking an Engineer II to support fleet reliability and configuration control for a commercial airline operation in Monterrey, Mexico.
This role is where data meets reality.
You will analyze failures, track trends, and make sure configuration data actually reflects what is flying.
If something breaks twice, you are expected to know why.
If documentation is wrong, you fix it.
This is a technical role with operational consequences.
Accuracy matters.
Speed matters more when aircraft are down.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze aircraft, component, and system reliability issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Lead or support reliability improvement initiatives to reduce delays, cancellations, and out-of-service events
- Track and report on reliability program performance, including effectiveness of corrective actions
