Engineer I - Process

POSITION SUMMARY

Works with Engineering and related department to improve process in AEMY Hybrid dept. Coordinating process robustness activities in both manufacturing process and equipment, ensuring process ability and product quality meets AEMY standard and customers’ requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control manufacturing process and monitor quality performance both internal & external, review quality data with related persons regularly.
• Coordinate process improvement activities for process stability and product quality.
• Tasks including process yield continuous improvement, implement containment action, investigate root cause, follow up corrective actions and respond to related person/department, and product hold process follow up.
• Set up process management plan for each product and ensure being understood and followed.
