Responsibilities:
Manage engineering projects and technical activities at the site, including NPD implementation support, VAVE initiatives, cost‑saving projects, and continuous process improvement.Plan and execute improvements in manufacturing technologies and processes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company strategy.Implement new technologies within sourcing and production strategies, and oversee new equipment development from supplier scouting to production release.Ensure effective collaboration between Production, Manufacturing R&D, and other key functions on all engineering‑related topics; contribute to the plant’s technology roadmap and innovation pipeline.Advise the SEO and site leadership on HSE obligations and legal requirements, ensuring implementation of internal HSE standards and programs.Coordinate and monitor HSE measures; conduct ...
