  • USSD call flow & logs checking on system
  • Daily KPI report analysis
  • Weekly PPT preparation.
  • Service now ticketing tool flow
  • CAB meeting, raise CAB request, ticket close flow.
  • 3PP alignment & testing , collecting logs, sharing analysis.
  • Service Request raising to COMVIVA L2 system .
