Our client, part of the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical automation industry, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support clients mainly based in Europe.

Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance of devices Diagnosis and resolution of issues on site and remotely, both related to HW and also SW Bug and mechanical issues identification Installation, start-up and adjustment of devices Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to the artificial vision system installed on devices Installation of enhancements on the installed equipment Development of service documentation (preventive, corrective... maintenance manuals) Support in testing tasks Train internal and external service providers Coordination of sites installation

Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications, Telecommunication Systems, Systems Engineering or similar At least three years of experience in 2nd level field support Experience in diagnosis and resolution of issues, on site and remotely, both...
