The Facilities Department is responsible for the physical facilities of the University, including all buildings and grounds, furnishings and fixed equipment.

The Engineer is a full-time continuing role responsible for performing all the duties involved in operating the Powerhouse of the University's Facilities and servicing all related heating, cooling and environmental conditioning equipment, under direction from the Chief Engineer or the Assistant Chief Engineer.
