As an Engineer in Dimensional Engineering within Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd’s Automotive Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision and quality in the design and manufacturing processes.Lead and execute dimensional engineering tasks related to Automotive, Aerospace, and Farm Equipment sectors, focusing on precision measurement and tolerance analysis.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to apply the 10-Step Dimensional Engineering Process to optimise component fit and function across Body-in-White (BIW), Exterior Trim, Chassis, and Seating Systems.Utilise advanced CAD tools, particularly CatiaV5, for model creation, assessment, and simulation; leveraging a minimum of three years' experience to enhance design accuracy.Apply knowledge of ASME Y14.5 / standards to maintain industry-compliant geometric dimensioning and tolerancing across projects.Perform variation analysis...
