Molex Shanghai is seeking for a Die Design Engineer to join the team. As a Die Design Engineer, you will be assisting and supporting modification projects and the improvement of current projects. Be an active member of the new product development project team, responsible for die design and development to support the team's goals and objectives. 

Our Team

This role involves collaboration with all levels of staff within the company, including Production Managers, Process Engineers, Quality Engineers, Planners, Buyers, Procurement, and Toolmakers. Additionally, the role requires interaction with external vendors and suppliers.

What You Will Do 

  • Engage in terminal design reviews and address issues during Product Design Reviews & FMEAs.
  • Investigate cost-effective die design solutions, including cost estimates and schedules.
