Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for the Customer's complaints.
Responsible for improving the overall quality performance of the product we deliver to our customers.
Compliance with QRO pathway matrix, Quality management system BMS and QMS, IATF *****, ISO ***** and ESDS ***** as well as customer specific requirements.

- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
- Responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
