Job Description
- Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for control and instrumentation systems (DCS, PLC, CEMS, transmitters, analyzers, etc.).
- Assist in managing CMMS for issuance of work orders, maintenance records, and purchasing requests.
- Attend and troubleshoot breakdowns, tripping events, and control system disturbances to minimize forced outages.
- Read and interpret P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preparation of technical reports for incidents and maintenance findings.
- Assist in spare parts monitoring and inventory control for critical instrumentation components.
- Ensure maintenance documentation (service reports, test reports, commissioning reports) is properly maintained.
- Comply with plant safety, SHEQ, ISO/OHSAS and statutory requirements at all times.
