Job Title: Engineer - Building Information Modelling

Job Summary

Provide technical support for building construction project by developing 3D BIM model and simulating complex building systems for Architecture, Civil & Structure, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing/Enhancing 3D models for coordination works, shop drawing, combined services drawing (CSD) production.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative BIM solutions for construction projects.
• Perform design and constructability study for Architecture, Civil and Structure discipline of the project virtually before commencing construction.
• Review and ensure consultants’ design for the project according to the scope of work and specification according to the defined schedule.
