Responsibilities
- Install and terminate systems, including conducting thorough testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality
- Repair systems and devices both in-house and at client sites to restore operational performance
- Provide on-call service support after office hours, including weekends and public holidays, following a roster schedule to address urgent issues
- Conduct user operation and technical troubleshooting training sessions to improve client understanding and system use
- Attend site meetings to coordinate with stakeholders and address project or service-related matters
- Submit daily activity reports detailing completed tasks and offering suggestions for potential improvements or solutions
