JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise the Engineer and Technician at luxurious housing estate. Set up and control the operating schedule for equipment and machinery. Prepare a maintenance plan and carry out the preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery. Prepare the budget for electricity, machinery, and utilities expenses. Supervise the system in the common areas. Record and prepare report and energy consumption and energy conversation to ensure compliance with the Energy Conservation Law, for submission to the Ministry of Energy Department of Alternative Energy Development and Electricity, in cooperation with the housing estate.
