department as a Lean Engineer. Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement:
Champion Continuous Improvement:
You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as
Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM
. Hunt for Efficiency:
You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. Drive Performance:
You will monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) related to efficiency, quality, cycle times, and productivity to ensure we are winning every day ( Take responsibility ). Shape the Culture:
