We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Software Engineer (Applied Machine Learning) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technological vision and driving the development of our AI Knowledge Curation platform, which analyzes millions of customer support tickets from Fortune 500 enterprises to identify opportunities for knowledge base improvement. Technological Vision: Contribute to defining and communicating the technological roadmap for large-scale knowledge curation and analytics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining our leadership position in the market.
