Description

  • Responsible for manufacturing processes/ methods according Kautex Standards
  • Responsible for the Coordination of launch activities , design, build and commissioning of new product lines and modifications
  • Support regional AM Team by defining SOW
  • Be responsible and perform FLOW CHART / PFMEA / STW / WI.
  • Ensure your participation for Design Review and Drawing review
  • Ensure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of failures
  • Solve production troubles like injection, welding, assembly and testing problems, fire fighting in the plant
  • Be responsible for successful sampling and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and actions
  • Plan and manage plant capex for new project.
