Engineer – AI Lab

About the Role: As an Engineer, you will support the successful execution of AI and GenAI initiatives by bridging technical understanding with execution management. While you are expected to be hands-on in coding and working with AI tools, this role also requires you to evaluate technical solutions, coordinate delivery with tech teams or vendors, and keep AI projects on track. You will work in a hybrid capacity balancing a technical mindset with structured project execution. Key Responsibilities: Support development and implementation of AI/GenAI use cases in partnership with internal and external teams. Conduct market research to stay up to date with AI/GenAI trends and tools, and bring insights back to the team for experimentation and innovation Drive UATs, test AI tools, evaluate feasibility of solutions, and contribute to prototyping.
