THE JOB
The team you will be joining is responsible for all aspects of the end-user purchase experience. This includes basket management, ticket delivery and fulfillment (including digital ticketing), and much more besides. Systems include public-facing sales channels, back-office tooling and services accessed by external partners.
There is a tremendous opportunity for you to make a difference. We are looking for QA engineers who can help us drive our platform forward from a quality assurance point of view, as well as act as a mentor for more junior members of the team. You will be working very closely with the team lead to ensure the quality of our software and to assist in the planning and decision-making process.
