In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Lead complex engine diagnostics and repairs independently across Cummins products, ensuring high-quality service in both workshop and customer site settings.
+ Coach and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise and reviewing repair plans to build team capability and confidence.
+ Drive customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions using tools like Guidanz and ANVL.
+ Ensure compliance and safety by modelling proactive health and safety behaviours and ensuring adherence to all HSE policies.
+ Support cross-functional initiatives by contributing to local CIT projects and collaborating with other departments as needed.
+ Maintain service excellence by following Cummins’ Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and service documentation protocols.
+ Champion continuous improvement by identifying and escalating technical issues and contributing to knowledge databases...
