Job Description

Become the primary point of contact for clients as an Engine Technical Advisor at JSSI. Support customers during AOG events and scheduled inspections with integrated services and maintenance.
This is a pivotal role requiring strong client relationship management skills. You will handle routine inquiries, unplanned events, and ensure effective triage of maintenance issues. You will work closely with the Product Line Specialist and regional service facilities to guarantee top-tier support for clients and their aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer events from initiation to resolution
• Support customers during AOG and unscheduled events
• Develop relationships with regional service facilities
• Review and process invoices in AMS accurately
• Conduct inspections and logbook research for contracts
Requirements:
• REQUIRED: Airframe and Powerplant ratings
