Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and annual engagement calendar
- Conduct pulse/engagement surveys and present insights
- Drive culture-building programs and reinforce company values
- Manage recognition & rewards programs
- Lead internal communication for HR & culture updates
- Support onboarding, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
- Coordinate events, team-building activities, and employee campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of HR experience in engagement, culture, or employee experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful people programs
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyse engagement insights
