Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and annual engagement calendar
  • Conduct pulse/engagement surveys and present insights
  • Drive culture-building programs and reinforce company values
  • Manage recognition & rewards programs
  • Lead internal communication for HR & culture updates
  • Support onboarding, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
  • Coordinate events, team-building activities, and employee campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of HR experience in engagement, culture, or employee experience
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful people programs
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyse engagement insights
