Job Summary:

Assists and supports business leaders with internal communication platforms and publications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Engagement support to Operations Team on a monthly basis.
  • Creates out-of-the-box Engagement Activities or initiatives that addresses operational challenges.
  • Work with leaders to understand operations and business needs as reference in coming up with Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Promotes company core values, attendance and employee retention.
  • Perform Monthly Employee Survey to understand program opportunities, partner with the.
  • Site Director and Ops Leaders to come up with solution to help operations.
  • Create an annual employee engagement program calendar or schedule.
  • Communicate and coordinate all engagement activities or initiatiaves to all stake holders ahead of time.
