Job Summary:
Assists and supports business leaders with internal communication platforms and publications.
Responsibilities:
Provides Engagement support to Operations Team on a monthly basis.
Creates out-of-the-box Engagement Activities or initiatives that addresses operational challenges.
Work with leaders to understand operations and business needs as reference in coming up with Employee Engagement Activities.
Promotes company core values, attendance and employee retention.
Perform Monthly Employee Survey to understand program opportunities, partner with the.

Create an annual employee engagement program calendar or schedule.
Communicate and coordinate all engagement activities or initiatives to all stake holders ahead of time.
