Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, client-facing Engagement Manager with strong Agile / Scrum Master delivery experience to lead multiple data delivery squads in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of stakeholder management, agile delivery, and hands-on data outcomes, particularly Power BI dashboarding and visualisation in live production environments .

You’ll be responsible for running three parallel agile squads , ensuring delivery momentum, quality, and stakeholder confidence from day one.
