The opportunity

As an Engagement Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to client serving colleagues during standard office working hours through a precise, reliable and client-oriented mindset.

Your key responsibilities


Client Related Tasks:

  • Coordinate & support entire engagement lifecycle processes

  • Maintain client and engagement information & database

  • Monitor required conditions and documentation

  • Maintain and update draft and signed contracts in contract database

  • Follow up and maintain opportunities, engagement codes and billing flows in SAP to adjust or report any incorrect data

  • Inform managers/partners about outstanding documentation and action
  • Invoicing:

  • Support billing workflow processes, close cooperation with Billing & Finance teams
