Engagement Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking to appoint an Engagement Coach to support and facilitate timetabled sessions within the Hub at our Ystrad Mynach and Nantgarw Campus. This is a permanent, part time and term time role (29.5 hours per week x 38 weeks) commencing in September 2026, offering a rewarding opportunity to work directly with learners in a supportive, learner-centred environment.

The postholder will play a key role in promoting learner engagement and progression, delivering targeted support, and conducting Century literacy and numeracy assessments to identify individual needs and inform appropriate interventions.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, approachable and committed to supporting learners to build confidence and succeed in their learning journey.
