We are seeking an Engagement Assurance resource to join our Engagement Assurance team. The EA team is responsible for executing specific processes that support the Huron Digital capability in managing risk, reporting engagement health, and assessing client satisfaction with (NPS) Net Promoter Score. This team is a cornerstone within a Digital Enablement organization, sponsored directly by the Huron Digital global Chief Operating Officer.
